Ordering products online from auto-connect.co.uk could not be simpler. We have made every effort to organise our site to make sure you can find and order your chosen item in as little time as possible.

Finding the item you are looking for

We have broken the site down into product areas for ease of use. Each area contains a huge range of items from leading manufacturers.

You can browse the entire site direct from our homepage you are always able to jump to any area of the site by using the 'All products' menu at the base of every product page.

To search the site, you can either use the quick search in the main left hand menu of the site. You are also able to carry out a 'Power Search' if you wish, which allows you to select specific areas or manufacturers within the store.

Tip: Check out our Hot deals page. It contains huge extra savings on specially selected items, and is updated weekly!

Selecting your purchase

To view more information on any product, you can click on the 'more info' link in the product listing box to open the detailed description window. An image will usually be displayed, together with more information.

Sometimes products will have a range of options that you need to specify. We have made sure that these options are fully visible before you order online.

If you wish to order any item, make sure that you have specified which options (if any) are required and then hit 'Buy Now'. This will take you to your 'cart' page, which will confirm quantities, price and options to you on screen.

You will then have the choice to either carry on shopping or to proceed directly to 'checkout' (where you will finalise the order and make payment).

Completing your order

To place an order, you will need to proceed to the 'checkout'. You will note that the site then tells you that you are entering a secure area. This is normal and a vital part of ensuring that your personal information is fully protected.

This page will first ask you to confirm the contents of your cart. You will then be prompted for details relating to your residential and delivery address, and finally credit card details (we accept Visa, Visa/Delta, Switch and Mastercard).

We will also ask you for a small amount of information as to how you found us and would be very grateful if you could tell us.

Tip: If you wish to finish shopping and complete your online order, you can do so at anytime by clicking Go to checkout in the 'Shopping' menu at the top of each page.

Order confirmation

Once you have confirmed your address and payment details through the checkout process, you will receive an onscreen order confirmation, which you may wish to print off for your records.

You will receive a further confirmation by email in the following few minutes (provided that you have entered your email details correctly!).

For full peace of mind, you can be assured that every online order we receive is fully verified and looked after by a member of our dedicated customer team.

Tip: If you need to make contact with regard to an online order that you have placed with us, please have a copy of your order confirmation to hand. That way, we can find you details quickly and assist you faster.

Delivery

We make every effort to ensure that your order is shipped within 24 hours. Availability for every item we stock is usually displayed on our website. When an item is not available for shipping within 24 hours, we will ensure that it is shipped the same day that it has arrived at our main office.

Should any potential delivery problems arise, we will make contact with you immediately either by phone or by email.

Shipping rates vary between locations. Currently, we are able to offer online ordering and shipping to the following areas: UK mainland, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands. We are not yet able to offer online ordering to other International locations.
